OCTOBER HIGHLIGHTS
The authentic German beer festival is back with many surprises in its seventh edition in the city (WiZink Center. 6-8 October).
Monthly vintage market held in the south of the city (Railway Museum. Second weekend of the month. Next edition: 8-9 October.
Enjoy the traditional parade celebrating the Spanish National Day (Plaza de Cuzco / Nuevos Ministerios. 12 October).
The festival devoted to the flamenco art in all of its forms is holding its 17th edition with the participation of artists, such as Tomatito, Mayte Martín and Carmen Linares (Main Venue: Teatros del Canal. 18 Oct-6 Nov).
The gourmet international tapas competition in which neighbourhood bars and restaurants participate is holding its twelfth edition (Barrio de Lavapiés. 20-30 October).
